2022 Cazoo World Cup of Darts

The annual pairs event is back with the Cazoo World Cup of Darts returning to the Eissporthalle, Frankfurt. 64 players consisting of 32 nations will all be putting their home jerseys over the weekend, looking to conquer the world and raise the World Cup trophy on the 19th June.

Looking for a 5th World Trophy, Netherlands will be attending the tournament without MvG, the man who has helped carry them to 3 victories in the past. They will field, UK Open Champion Danny Noppert and Dirk can Duijvenbode. Andreas Toft Jörgensen will open the tournament with his partner Vladimir Andersen as Denmark take on Singapore.

Canada will be flying across the big pond, with Jeff Smith and Matt Campbell in the cockpit. Northern Ireland will be displaying an all Winmau team, as Daryl Gurney and Brendan Dolan look to make a statement against Gibraltar in the first session of games. ‘The Wizard’ Simon Whitlock will be looking
to travel from down under with Damon Heta and show some magic for Australia.

Reigning World Champions, Scotland will have World Number One, ‘Snakebite’ Peter Wright and ‘Highlander’ John Henderson step up to the oche to defend their title. Whilst, Wales show up with the same line up for the 4th year running with darting titans, ‘Iceman’ Gerwyn Price and ‘The Ferret’ Jonny Clayton.
