The longest running annual BDDA event took place for the 6th year running at Riley’s Chester, with ranking points up for grabs for BDDA Winmau Masters 2020.
28 players in total travelled to Chester from the UK and Belgium to battle it out in the BDDA Winmau Classic and BDDA Winmau Open.
Saturday the BDDA Classic took place with a round robin format. Winmau’s Ricky Chilton took the title in the standing classification with a 3-1 win over Matt Doe whilst Darren Kennish was crowned champion in the wheelchair classification after a 3-1 win over Kevin Stringer.
We then move on to Sunday’s BDDA Winmau Open which holds the ranking points for the “Road to the Winmau” which culminates in the finals at the Circus Tavern on 7th November.
Darren Kennish made it a double of titles as he defeated Amar 4-1 and ensured he topped the ranking tables after the second event.
Pete Bramley has moved himself up into third in the BDDA rankings table after he took the standing classification title with a 4-2 win over Matt Doe, who again earned himself a runner-up spot.

The BDDA Road to Winmau now two events into the running with Ricky Chilton and Darren Kennish leading the standing and wheelchair classifications respectively.
