Nottingham MPs hit their target!

The Room 180 Darts Academy, based at the Basford Hall site of Nottingham College, was delighted to welcome and host three Nottingham MPs on Friday March 4.

Alex Norris (MP for Nottingham North), Nadia Whittome (MP for Nottingham East) and Lilian Greenwood (MP for Nottingham South) were introduced to the college site and enjoyed a game of darts whilst on their campus tour!

The MPs were updated on all things darts, from the Junior Darts Corporation Academy at Nottingham College, Greenzone boards which aid player development and the new Professional Darts Corporation programme, Bullseye Maths.

The City of Nottingham will welcome the PDC and the sport’s top players back to the Motorpoint Arena for the Cazoo Premier League on Thursday March 17, and also for the next instalment of the Bullseye Maths project, that sees the Room 180 Academy introduce primary school children to the sport, developing maths and having lots of darts-based fun in the process.
