Team 360 Round-Up

31 October, 2024

Fabian Tapner continued his strong form in the ADC Vault series and has continued to battle it out against some top senior names. The Welshman had his chances against Seniors Darts regular Mike Huntley in the semi-final but fell short in the deciding leg.

Cori Wiltshire went a step further in his ADC competition in Bristol coming up against Team360 mentor Steve Brown in the final. Brown found his best form against the young thrower, nailing a 100 average as Wiltshire couldn’t break the trend against his experienced opponent.

Aidan O’Hara claimed victory in his Vault outing, doing so against his father, Gerry O’Hara. Having hit a 93 average in his group, the Irishman came through a deciding leg with Shane Ryan in the final four. O’Hara then proceeded the whitewash O’Hara senior in the final.

Team360 has been showcasing their strong offering in women’s competition lately and it was no different this week. Ruby Grey reached the last 16 of the WADC Singles finals in Middlesbrough.

She came through her group unscathed before averaging 60 in her quarter-final win. She would then up the average once again in the following round, coming up just short against the experienced Jo Locke.

Grey and fellow Team360 star Hannah Meek then met in the semi-finals of the EGP Finals. Both players averaged well with very little between then, Meek just edging the crucial moments to reach the final. Meek would then put in a dominant display in the final, averaging 75 in one of her performances of the year to take the EGP title.

In the Boy’s WGP Finals Jack Nankervis would reach the final quarter-finals with teammate Cayden Smith going to the final. Although Smith would head into a 4-0 deficit her would claw it back to 4-4 before losing the decider. A terrific effort from the West Midlander.
