Team 360 Roundup - W/E 27th August 2023

A busy week for young Cayden Smith as he showed some terrific form in his local ADC Vault. Despite averaging in excess of 91, Smith failed to progress from his group.

He followed up that terrific performance with two wins on the local circuit. The first coming on the
Saturday and then bank holiday Monday providing further valuable experience for Smith. A final
average of 90 taking him to a 5-2 win over Rhys Butler as he continued to load up the cabinet with
more silverware!

It was a big weekend of darts in Wales as the Worthington's Champion of Champions reached it’s conclusion. Team 360 star Connor Hopkins went all the way to the last 16 in the short format event,
missing match darts for a place in the quarters. Keelan Kay was also in action in Cardiff, reaching the
semi-finals of the Red Dragon plate event.

Ireland’s Ben McCaffrey reached the final of the INDO Men’s pairs on Saturday, the final result not going his way. After some time away from the board, he would also produce some excellent performances to emerge from his group and reach the last 16 of the singles event.

In a strong weekend for our Welsh contingent, Fabian Tapner also reached the finals of Friday’s ADC
Vault in Bridgend. After cruising through the group stage, he reached the final without dropping a
leg, but couldn’t find his a-game against John Cook in the final.
