It was a quiet week for Team360 with a flurry of darts taking place last weekend, much of our team decided on an all-important rest weekend, before attacking the final third of the season.
Cayden Smith was in local competition and showed some more excellent form. The youngster produced two averages in the high 80’s and one over the 100 mark, as he claimed another piece of silverware.
Connor Hopkins was back in county action for Gwent and secured his victory in dramatic style. After
cruising into a three-leg advantage, his opponent pulled it back to three legs apiece. With the match
in the balance, the Welshman pulled out a 148 checkout, with his opponent on tops, to snatch
victory from the jaws of defeat.
North East native, Ryan Branley, was also in senior county action, and secured his win against Cumbria in much more simple fashion. A 4-0 win with a 75 average getting the job done. There was also county action for Hannah Meek and Warwickshire, where she was unfortunate to lose out 3-0.
Fabian Tapner continued his progression by making the last 16 in local competition and reaching the same stage in the MODUS Super Series qualifier, after winning his local ADC Vault earlier in the month.
