Winmau Sign Dutch Open Junior Champion Mike van Duivenbode

Winmau, the world’s leading darts brand, are pleased to announce the signing of Dutch prodigy Mike van Duivenbode.

Mike won the Dutch Open Junior title aged just 15 and is already ranked 4th in the World for Juniors.

This remarkable achievement for the talented 15 year old has seen him qualify for the Winmau World Masters tournament in October. He also reached the final of the weekend’s HAL Open Darts youth event

Mike said “Signing for Winmau and getting to play in the Winmau World Masters is the pinnacle of the darts world for me, and it will represent the first time I will play abroad.”

Mike’s dream is to become a professional player and to compete alongside illustrious compatriots such as Michael van Gerwen and Christian Kist, but for now he’s just content competing in all the events he can.
