Will the Plasma light create glare on the dartboard?

No, the Plasma light is designed for zero side glare and no shadows. It projects the light down onto the board rather than at eye level, so you get even coverage across the full 360° without the harsh hotspot you get from a single overhead bulb.

How is the light powered, and how long is the cable?

It's mains powered (UK 3-pin plug), with a 2.9m cable, so you've got some flexibility on where the nearest socket needs to be relative to your dartboard.

Is the brightness adjustable?

There's no dimmer — it runs at a fixed 2000 lumens from 132 warm white LEDs (A-rated for energy efficiency). It's built to give consistent, competition-standard lighting rather than a variable ambient setting.

Do I need to buy anything else to set this up?

All fixtures and fittings are supplied. No extra hardware needed.

Can I mount this setup on a dartboard stand instead of the wall?

No, this Plasma light is a wall-fixed unit only. If you're using a stand rather than mounting to a wall, you'd need Winmau's Polaris light instead, which is designed for stand compatibility.

We offer a click and collect service at a charge of £1.95 during the hours of 9am until 3pm Monday to Thursday and 9am until 2pm Friday. Please call when you are outside to place your order on 01656 652121. This service is not currently available online.

Please note we do not have a physical shop you can visit.

Can I exchange my darts?

Yes, you can exchange your darts providing they are in a re-saleable condition and it’s within the 14 days of purchase.

The return of your item(s) must be paid at your own expense and we would suggest sending through a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items on transit. Please remember to include your name and address with your returned items.

I have a Pre-Ordered item in my order

Customers who have pre-ordered are first priority when stock arrives. Depending on stock availability dates, we will either part ship your order or send the full order when the item is back in stock.
