Dutch youngster Jurjen van der Velde lifted his fourth NDB ranking youth title at Open Peelland on Sunday.
The reigning Winmau World Youth Master defeated Marcel Bus 4-2 in the final to win the Juniors competition. Rosanne van der Velde triumphed in the Girls youth competition with a 3-1 win over Leera Rietbergen.
In the men’s events, Johan van Velzen claimed men’s A title as he defeated Joost Geurts 2-0 in sets. Meanwhile in the men’s B event, Jeffrey Bastings winning 3-0 in the final against Martijn Wouters.
Sharon Prins took on rankings leader Aileen de Graaf in the Ladies final, Prins coming out the victor 5-3 for her second ranking title of the season.
