Dispatch & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders* within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • DPD: Estimated delivery within 2 working days from dispatch. DPD may deliver multiple consignments separately.
  • Royal Mail: Estimated delivery up to 10 working days from dispatch.

My order has not arrived?

  • Royal Mail advises waiting up to 7 days before contacting us.
  • If you still have concerns after these timescales, please contact us via the form click here. Don’t forget personalised items will take longer to produce and send out.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

  • Royal Mail (small items): Delivered through your letterbox where possible.
  • Couriers / larger or mixed orders: A signature may be required. If no one is home, a calling card will be left so you can arrange re‑delivery or collection. Alternatively, they may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour (where available).

Can I have my order sent via Special Delivery or Tracked?

  • Tracked 24: Available at checkout (£4.95).
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9:00am or 1:00pm: Call our Sales Team for a quote on 01656 652121.

How much do you charge for postage?

  • Postage costs start from as little as £1.95 with tracking and express shipping options available. Please see the full breakdown of costs below as they will depend on how large your item is and how many items you have ordered.
