Shop

Do you have a store I can visit?

We offer a click and collect service at a charge of £1.95 during the hours of 9am until 3pm Monday to Thursday and 9am until 2pm Friday. Please call when you are outside to place your order on 01656 652121. This service is not currently available online.

Please note we do not have a physical shop you can visit.

I have a Pre-Ordered item in my order

Customers who have pre-ordered are first priority when stock arrives. Depending on stock availability dates, we will either part ship your order or send the full order when the item is back in stock.

My order has not arrived

UK deliveries: We aim to dispatch all orders* within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

*Personalised & repointing: Estimated dispatch 7-21 working days.

DPD deliveries: Estimated delivery within 2 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail: Estimated delivery – up to 7 working days from dispatch
Please only contact us regarding the delivery of your order when any of the above times have been exceeded and you have not received any further communication from us.

What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

All small items are delivered through your letter box via Royal Mail. All larger items or mixed orders are delivered via a courier service and will need a signature upon receipt. If there is no one home they will leave a calling card with a contact number for you to arrange a re-delivery or collection.

Alternatively, they may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Can I have my order sent via Special Delivery or Tracked?

We offer several delivery options which are available at the checkout. If you would like your order sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9:00am or 1:00pm, you can call our Sales Team for a quote on 01656 652121.

Shipping & returns

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel. To do this please call us on 01656 652121. You do not have to give us a reason but a brief explanation would be helpful to us to improve our service we offer to you.

Can I exchange my darts?

Yes, you can exchange your darts providing they are in a re-saleable condition and it’s within the 14 days of purchase.

The return of your item(s) must be paid at your own expense and we would suggest sending through a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items on transit. Please remember to include your name and address with your returned items.

I have missing items from my order, what should I do next?

We are very sorry if we have mistakenly missed some items from your order. Please contact us using the contact form

I have been sent an item I did not order?

We are sorry that you have been sent an incorrect item. Please contact us using the Contact form

Do you part exchange darts?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer part exchange.
