WINMAU “FIND THE GOLDEN X” PRIZE DRAW – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) govern participation in the Winmau Find the Golden X Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) operated by Nodor International Ltd., including its affiliated brands Winmau and Red Dragon (collectively, “Nodor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Promotion is a free prize draw conducted in accordance with UK law. It does not constitute gambling and is not regulated under the Gambling Act 2005.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

1. How to Enter

1.1 Entry Method

To enter, individuals must:

Locate and click the Golden X icon hidden on the designated Winmau landing page on the official Winmau website.

After clicking the Golden X, entrants must:

Submit their email address via the entry pop-up form.

Entrants will receive a confirmation email confirming they have been successfully entered into the prize draw.

No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.

 

1.2 Eligibility

Entry is open exclusively to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Are UK residents

Employees of Nodor International Ltd., affiliated partners, agencies, or suppliers directly involved with the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Nodor reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or eligibility.

 

1.3 One Entry Per Person

Entrants may submit one entry only.

Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

2. Competition Period

Opening Date: 5th March 2026 at 17:00 GMT

Closing Date: 31st March 2026 at 23:59 GMT

Entries submitted outside these dates will not be valid.

3. The Prize

3.1 Prize Details

There is one (1) prize available.

The prize consists of:

  • One (1) Winmau Blade X Dartboard
  • One (1) Winmau Blade X Surround

3.2 Prize Exclusions

Prizes are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash

3.3 Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.

Delivery is free of charge and will be arranged within 28 days of winner verification.

Nodor is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random on 6th April 2026 from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

4.2 Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the point of entry.

If:

  • The winner cannot be contacted
  • Fails to respond with a valid UK delivery address within 7 days
  • Is found to be ineligible
  • Fails to comply with these Rules

Nodor reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

The winner’s surname and county will be available on request for 30 days after the Closing Date by contacting:

5. Publicity & Intellectual Property

By entering, winners agree, unless prohibited by law, to the reasonable use of:

  • Their name
  • General location
  • Non-sensitive entry information

for promotional purposes, including publication on Winmau’s website and social media channels.

Entrants who do not wish to take part in publicity may opt out by informing Nodor. Opting out of publicity will not affect the winner’s entitlement to the prize.

Any content voluntarily provided by entrants grants Nodor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for marketing and promotional use.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Nodor is not liable for:

  • Loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion
  • Technical issues affecting access to the Winmau website or entry form
  • Website errors preventing location or interaction with the Golden X icon
  • Misdelivered, lost, or intercepted communications

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any statutory rights that cannot be legally limited

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018
  • Winmau Privacy Policy

Data collected may include:

  • Email address
  • Confirmation of shipping address (for the winner)

Data is used for:

  • Managing the Promotion
  • Contacting the winner
  • Verifying eligibility
  • Ensuring compliance with these Rules
  • Sending future marketing communications from Winmau and Nodor International Ltd., where entrants have provided consent

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link contained within emails.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the Promotion or comply with legal obligations.

8. General Conditions

Nodor may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if events beyond its control make continuation impractical.

Entries that do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified.

Nodor’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

These Rules constitute the entire agreement between Nodor and entrants regarding the Promotion.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform used to promote the campaign. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Nodor International Ltd. and not to any social media platform.

9. Governing Law

These Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by UK consumer protection legislation.
