DPFL DARTS LIVE EVENT – BLADE X BUNDLE GIVEAWAY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Rules") govern participation in the DPFL Darts Live Event Blade X Bundle Giveaway (the "Promotion") operated by Nodor International Inc., including its affiliated brands Winmau and Red Dragon (collectively, "Nodor," "we," "us," or "our").
This Promotion is a free prize draw open to US residents. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
1. How to Enter
1.1 Entry Method
To enter, individuals must:
• Complete and submit the entry form with accurate information.
No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
1.2 Eligibility
Entry is open exclusively to individuals who:
• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Are legal residents of the United States.
Employees of Nodor, affiliated partners, agencies, or suppliers directly involved with the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
Nodor reserves the right to request proof of age or identity.
1.3 One Entry Per Person, Per Day
Entrants may submit one entry per day of the Promotion Period.
Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs across the DPFL Darts Live Event, from 13th August 2026 to 16th August 2026. A winner will be selected each day of the event.
Entries submitted outside these dates will not be valid.
3. The Prize
3.1 Prize Details
One (1) prize will be awarded each day of the Promotion Period (four prizes in total).
Each daily prize consists of:
• One (1) Blade X Dartboard.
• One (1) Blade X Dartboard Surround.
• One (1) Blade X Dart Dock.
• One (1) Blade X PVC Mat.
• One (1) Polaris Dartboard Light.
• One (1) set of Lunaris Steeltip Darts.
3.2 Prize Exclusions
Prizes are:
• Non-transferable
• Non-exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash
3.3 Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a US address provided by the winner.
Delivery is free of charge and will be arranged within 28 days of winner verification.
Nodor is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1 Winner Selection
A winner will be chosen at random on each day of the Promotion Period, from all valid entries received up to and including that day.
Entries that do not win on a given day will automatically roll over and remain eligible for the draw on each subsequent day of the Promotion Period.
4.2 Winner Notification
Each day's winner will be notified via the email address provided at the point of entry.
To claim their prize, the winner must reply to the notification email confirming acceptance of the prize and providing a valid US shipping address.
If:
• The winner cannot be contacted,
• Fails to reply with a valid US shipping address within 7 days of receiving their email,
• Is found to be ineligible, or
• Fails to comply with these Rules,
Nodor reserves the right to select a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries for that day.
The winner's name and general location will be available on request for 30 days after the Closing Date by contacting winners@winmau.com.
5. Publicity & Intellectual Property
By entering, winners agree, unless prohibited by law, to the reasonable use of:
• Their name
• General location
• Non-sensitive entry information
for promotional purposes, including publication on Winmau's website and social media channels.
Entrants who do not wish to take part in publicity may opt out by informing Nodor. Opting out of publicity will not affect the winner's entitlement to the prize.
Any content voluntarily provided by entrants grants Nodor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for marketing and promotional use.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, Nodor is not liable for:
• Loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion
• Technical issues affecting access to or completion of the entry form
• Misdelivered, lost, or intercepted communications
Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable US privacy law and Nodor's Privacy Policy.
Data collected may include:
• Name
• Email address
• Confirmation of shipping address (where required)
Data is used only for:
• Managing the Promotion
• Contacting winners
• Verifying eligibility
• Ensuring compliance with these Rules
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the Promotion or comply with legal obligations.

8. General Conditions
Nodor may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if events beyond its control make continuation impractical.
Entries that do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified.
Nodor's decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
These Rules constitute the entire agreement between Nodor and entrants regarding the Promotion.
9. Governing Law
These Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
