Terms and Conditions of Agreement
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Nodor International Ltd (trading as Winmau and Red Dragon Darts) and an accredited JDC Academy. By entering into this agreement, both parties agree to be bound by the terms set out herein.
These terms are effective from June 2026. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 3 years from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions set out herein.
1. Eligibility & Accreditation
1.1 Academy eligibility. To qualify for benefits under this agreement, the Academy must be a current, active, JDC-accredited organisation with at least one coach who has attended the JDC Academy Foundation Level 1 course.
1.2 Player registration. Academy members must be registered and active on the GoDartsPro platform.
1.3 Equipment exclusivity. The Academy must operate exclusively with Winmau and Red Dragon equipment at their venue and at all events and tournaments organised or promoted by the Academy.
2. Equipment Support
2.1 Initial support — Year One. Nodor International Ltd will provide the following Free of Charge to every JDC Academy for the first 12 months of this agreement, per lane (1 lane per 4 active academy members on GoDartsPro, subject to venue capacity):
• 1x Winmau Blade 6 dartboard (per lane)
• 1x Winmau JDC branded dartboard surround (per lane)
• 1x Winmau Plasma dartboard light (per lane)
• 2x Winmau Equalizer dartboards (per academy)
2.2 Venue support. Based on venue requirements, the following may also be provided Free of Charge, subject to photo evidence and player numbers exceeding venue capacity (case-by-case basis):
• 1x Winmau JDC branded dart mat
• 1x Winmau Xtreme stand (for academies requiring a portable set-up)
2.3 Annual ongoing support. For the duration of this agreement, Nodor International Ltd will provide the following Free of Charge per lane, per annum:
• 1x Winmau Blade 6 dartboard (per lane)
• 2x Winmau Equalizer dartboards (per academy)
3. Online Academy Ordering System
3.1 Regular Academy Discount. Available to academies purchasing products at a discounted price who do not run a darts business. No minimum order value. Maximum order value of £499.99 per month.
3.2 Trade Academy Discount. Minimum order value of £500.00 per order, with access to a Trade Customer Account Manager to support the growth of your darts business.
3.3 International academies. For academies outside of the UK, Nodor International Ltd will endeavour to partner with Trade Distributors within the relevant country to explore trade opportunities on a country-by-country basis.
3.4 Shipping. Shipping to all UK academies is free of charge. For academies outside the UK, Nodor International Ltd will work with its global retail chain to minimise shipping costs and will include shipping charges within the supply cost where reasonable.
4. Additional Benefits
4.1 Coach Equipment Pack. Each coach who attends the JDC Academy Foundation Level 1 course will receive:
• Winmau/JDC Coaches shirt
• Winmau Pro-Line Tour Bag
• £100.00 voucher for the Red Dragon Darts website
4.2 Winmau Performance Locker System. Every Academy whose coach attends the JDC Academy Advanced Level 2 Certification course will receive a Performance Locker (retail value: £2,000.00) containing x20 sets of junior-appropriate darts, a wide range of Winmau & Red Dragon accessories, scorekeeping materials, basic maintenance supplies, and a locker management system. The academy must be JDC accredited. Maximum of 1x Performance Locker per Academy. No products in the Performance Locker are for re-sale. Nodor International Ltd will top up Performance Lockers with new products from time to time.
4.3 Media & Ambassador Support. Nodor International Ltd will offer social media guidance and digital assets to support the Academy’s digital promotion, and will use its roster of top professionals to provide JDC Ambassador support and regional clinics.
5. Academy Member Benefits
5.1 Eligibility. The following member benefits are available to registered Academy players who meet all of the criteria below. These benefits are strictly subject to all conditions in this clause.
Eligibility Criteria • The player must be an active member of an accredited JDC Academy registered on GoDartsPro. • The player must have completed a minimum of one full season with their JDC Academy before these benefits are issued. A ‘season’ means one complete 8-week practice routine on GoDartsPro within an active JDC Academy. • These benefits are offered once per player only, regardless of academy transfers or changes in membership status. Players who have already received these benefits are not eligible to receive them again.
5.2 Member benefits on first season completion. Upon satisfying the above eligibility criteria, academy members will be entitled to the following:

5.3 Voucher and shirt terms.
CONDITION DETAIL
Eligibility JDC Academy or Tour players who have completed a minimum of one full season.
Frequency Issued once per player only. Not redeemable a second time under any circumstance.
JDC Shirt One JDC shirt included within the Members Pack, issued once per player upon first eligibility. Only available to players who have completed one season.
Voucher Single-use code, valid on the Red Dragon Darts website only.
Voucher Value The value of the voucher may be subject to change at the discretion of Nodor International Ltd. Any changes will be communicated to academies in advance of the next season.
Expiry As stated on the voucher code at time of issue.
Non-transferable Vouchers and shirts are non-transferable and issued to the named player only.
The discount or voucher value offered may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Nodor International Ltd. Academies will be notified of any changes prior to the start of a new season.
6. Exclusivity
6.1 Exclusivity obligation. The Academy agrees that, during the Term of this Agreement, it shall not enter into any sponsorship or endorsement agreement with any other darts organisation or equipment company, other than the JDC, Nodor International Ltd, Winmau and Red Dragon Darts.
6.2 Official dartboard. The Winmau Blade Dartboard shall be recognised as the exclusive and official dartboard of the Academy. The Academy shall exclusively use Winmau and Red Dragon darts equipment at their venue and at all events and tournaments organised or promoted by the Academy.
6.3 Exceptions. Where an Academy does not control the venue or its physical set-up of dartboards, the Academy will inform Winmau and the JDC so that best endeavours can be made to use the supplied equipment.
6.4 Breach. Any Academy found to be in breach of the exclusivity terms without prior written approval from the JDC and Nodor International Ltd shall be deemed to be acting outside the good faith of this agreement. Nodor International Ltd and the JDC reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include removal of the Academy from the JDC system and withdrawal of all associated rights and privileges.
7. Data & Marketing Preferences
7.1 Data use. By entering into this agreement, the Academy and its named coach acknowledge that their contact information will be held by Nodor International Ltd for the purposes of administering this
agreement. Marketing preferences are captured separately on the Academy Information Form and are governed by the preferences declared therein.
7.2 Data protection. Academy and player data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
8. Term & Termination
8.1 Duration. This Agreement shall be effective from the date signed and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 3 years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.
8.2 Termination by notice. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party at least six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Term. Such notice must be delivered by hand or by registered post to the address of the relevant Party as specified in this Agreement.
8.3 Immediate termination. Nodor International Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the Academy, including but not limited to breach of exclusivity obligations.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Entire agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations or agreements.
9.2 Amendments. Any amendments to this Agreement must be agreed in writing by both parties.
9.3 Governing law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
