These Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) govern participation in the USA Darts & CDC x Winmau Pick Your Player Giveaway (the “Promotion”) operated by Nodor International Ltd., including its affiliated brands Winmau and Red Dragon (“Nodor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), in partnership with USA Darts ("A-Z Darts") and Champions Darts Corporation ("CDC") (together, the “Partners”).

This Promotion is a free prize competition. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Promotion does not constitute gambling and is not regulated under the Gambling Act 2005.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

1. How to Enter

1.1 Entry Method

To enter, individuals must:

  • Select one (1) player from the available options; and
  • Submit a valid email address via the official online entry form.

No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.

1.2 Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

  • Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Nodor, USA Darts, CDC, their affiliated companies, agencies, partners, or suppliers directly involved in the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

1.3 One Entry Per Person

Only one (1) entry per person per Promotion is permitted.
Multiple, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion opening and closing dates will be clearly stated on the relevant entry page.
Entries received outside the stated Promotion Period will not be valid.

3. The Prize

3.1 Prize Details

There are three (3) prizes available in total.

Each prize consists of:

  • One (1) set of official Winmau player darts, corresponding to the player selected by the entrant.

3.2 Prize Type by Promotion

  • Entries submitted as part of the USA Darts x Winmau Promotion relate to soft-tip darts only.
  • Entries submitted as part of the CDC x Winmau Promotion relate to steel-tip darts only.

Entrants will only be eligible to win the prize associated with the Promotion they enter.

3.3 Prize Restrictions

Prizes are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash or alternatives

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted for each player on 20th December 2025.

The winner associated with a selected player will receive that player’s darts.

4.2 Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

Winners must respond within five (5) working days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.

If a winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Does not respond within the stated timeframe;
  • Is found to be ineligible; or
  • Fails to comply with these Rules,

Nodor reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

5. Publicity & Intellectual Property

Unless prohibited by law, winners agree to the reasonable use of their:

  • Name
  • General location (e.g. city or region)

for promotional and marketing purposes relating to the Promotion, without additional compensation.

Any content voluntarily submitted by entrants grants Nodor and the Partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish such content for promotional purposes.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodor and the Partners accept no responsibility for:

  • Any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion
  • Technical issues affecting entry or communication
  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected emails

Nothing in these Rules limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law

7. Data Protection & Data Sharing

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and relevant US data protection legislation.

7.1 Data Collected

Personal data collected may include:

  • Email address
  • Player selection
  • Marketing consent preferences

7.2 Use of Data

Personal data will be used for:

  • Administering and managing the Promotion
  • Verifying eligibility
  • Selecting and contacting winners
  • Prize fulfilment
  • Ensuring compliance with these Rules

7.3 Data Sharing

By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be shared between:

  • Nodor International Ltd. (Winmau)
  • USA Darts (for soft-tip prize entries)
  • Champions Darts Corporation (CDC) (for steel-tip prize entries)

Data sharing will occur solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, prize fulfilment, and compliance with legal obligations.

Personal data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

7.4 Marketing Communications

Where entrants have explicitly opted in, Winmau, USA Darts, and/or CDC may contact entrants with future marketing communications.
Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by using unsubscribe links or contacting the relevant organisation directly.

8. General Conditions

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Nodor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • Entries that do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified.
  • Nodor’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
  • These Rules constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and entrants in relation to the Promotion.

9. Governing Law

These Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
