WINMAU 6-DART CHALLENGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS (WEBSITE VERSION)

These Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) govern participation in the Winmau 6-Dart Challenge (the “Promotion”), operated by Nodor International Ltd., including its affiliated brands Winmau and Red Dragon (collectively, "Nodor," "we," "us," or "our").

The Promotion takes place in person at Alexandra Palace, London, United Kingdom during the PDC World Darts Championship (the “Event Location”).

This Promotion is a free prize competition run in accordance with UK law. It does not constitute gambling and is not regulated under the Gambling Act 2005.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

1. Gameplay

Each participant will be provided with six (6) darts to throw at a regulation dartboard from a regulation throwing distance.

Participants will have a maximum of two (2) minutes to complete all six throws once they approach the throw line.

Standard dartboard scoring applies. The objective is to achieve the highest total score possible with six darts.

1.1 Gameplay Rules – Bounce-outs, Missed Throws & Valid Attempts

For the avoidance of doubt, and to ensure fairness and clarity for all entrants:

  • Bounce-outs, missed throws, or darts landing outside any scoring area are permitted
  • These attempts will count and no retries or additional darts will be issued

Participants will not receive re-throws or score adjustments for:

  • Bounce-outs
  • Darts that fall out of the board
  • Darts landing outside any scoring segment
  • Incomplete throws
  • Throws attempted after the two-minute time limit

All six darts provided form the participant’s total permitted attempts.
Only the final score recorded by official event staff will be used to determine the participant’s prize tier.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Eligibility

Entry is strictly limited to individuals who:

  • Hold a valid ticket for the PDC World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace, and
  • Are present at the Event Location on the day they participate.

Nodor may request proof of eligibility at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirement

Before taking part, all entrants must:

  1. Scan the official event QR code, and
  2. Complete the digital registration form in full.

Participation cannot proceed without successful registration.

2.3 Information Collected

Entrants must provide:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

This information is collected solely for:

  • Administering the Promotion
  • Contacting prize recipients
  • Maintaining event integrity
  • Preventing duplicate entries

2.4 Free to Enter – No Purchase Necessary

Participation is completely free.
No purchase or payment is required, and purchasing goods will not increase your chances of winning.

2.5 One Entry Per Person

Participants may enter once per event day.
Multiple entries, false registration details or attempts to circumvent entry limits may result in disqualification.

2.6 Estimated Participation

Approximately 300 participants per day are expected, though numbers may vary.

3. Prizes

3.1 Prize Structure

Prizes are awarded strictly based on the participant’s final recorded score:

0–49 Points

  • One (1) set of Winmau or Red Dragon branded flights

50–180 Points

  • One (1) £10 digital voucher, redeemable on reddragondarts.com
    (Voucher terms set out in Clause 3.4)

181–300 Points

  • One (1) Winmau Blade 360 Dartboard (approx. retail value £90)
  • One (1) £10 digital voucher (minimum spend £40, see Clause 3.4)

301+ Points

Blade 360 Home Setup Bundle, including:

  • 1 × Blade 360 Dartboard
  • 1 × Blade 360 Surround
  • 1 × Winmau-branded Oche/Mat

3.2 Prize Delivery

All prizes are issued electronically to the email address provided at registration.

Participants are responsible for ensuring email accuracy and for checking spam or junk folders.

Where a prize requires physical delivery, the winner will be responsible for all standard shipping costs, payable at checkout during redemption.

3.3 General Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
  • Nodor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary
  • Winners must pay any applicable shipping charges
  • Prize values are approximate and may vary based on availability
  • Prizes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted

3.4 £10 Digital Voucher – Redemption Terms

  • Redeemable exclusively on reddragondarts.com
  • A £40 minimum spend applies per voucher
  • Standard shipping fees apply to all orders
  • Voucher codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified

3.5 Blade 360 Dartboard – Redemption Instructions

  1. Visit reddragondarts.com
  2. Add the Blade 360 Dartboard to your basket
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Enter your unique voucher code
  5. Product cost reduces to £0; standard shipping charges remain payable

3.6 Blade 360 Home Setup – Redemption Instructions

The bundle includes:

  • Blade 360 Dartboard
  • Blade 360 Surround
  • Winmau-branded Oche/Mat

To redeem:

  1. Visit reddragondarts.com
  2. Follow the instructions issued in your prize email
  3. Enter your unique voucher code at checkout
  4. Product cost reduces to £0; standard shipping charges remain payable

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Prizes are awarded solely based on score tier, and all recorded scores are final.

Winners will be notified by email using the address provided during registration.

If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, is ineligible, or breaches these Rules, the prize may be withdrawn.

5. Publicity & Intellectual Property

By participating, entrants consent—unless prohibited by law—to Nodor’s use of their:

  • Name
  • Likeness
  • Event photographs or video
  • Gameplay results

for promotional purposes across digital and physical media, without further compensation.

Any content submitted by an entrant grants Nodor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct & Disqualification

Participants must behave respectfully, safely, and in accordance with UK law at all times.

Nodor may disqualify any entrant who:

  • Tampers with equipment
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Behaves in a disorderly, unsafe, or inappropriate manner
  • Attempts to manipulate scoring or disrupt the Promotion
  • Breaches these Rules or applicable UK laws
  • Undermines fairness or event integrity

All disqualification decisions are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Nodor is not liable for:

  • Injuries or damages arising from participation
  • Delays, errors, or interruptions in event administration
  • Technical malfunctions or equipment issues
  • Failed, lost, or misdirected email communications
  • Incomplete or incorrect registrations

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability which cannot legally be limited.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

9. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where UK consumer protection law requires otherwise.

10. Force Majeure

Nodor is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation of the Promotion arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, public health incidents, technical failures, or labour disputes.
