By participating in this competition, you agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The competition is run by Nodor International Ltd (including group companies Red Dragon Darts and Winmau) of South Road, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, CF31 3PT (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United Kingdom at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees of Nodor International Ltd, its group companies, agents, suppliers, and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entering.

2.3 By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you.

3. Entry Limits and Cost

3.1 One entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not permitted.

3.2 The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries, or otherwise acts in breach of these terms.

4. How to Enter

4.1 The competition runs from 06/01/2026 00:01 GMT to 18/01/2026 23:59 GMT (“Promotion Period”).

4.2 To enter, entrants must during the Promotion Period:

  • Complete the online entry form on either Red Dragon or Winmau websites and

  • Provide a valid name and email address.

4.3 Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the prize draw. Entries submitted after the end date will not be counted.

4.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

4.5 The Promoter will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize is one (1) of ten (10) match-played dartboards from the PDC World Darts Championship 2025/26.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

5.4 The prize is valid only for the winners.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Ten (10) winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2 The winners will be notified by email on 19/01/2026 using the email address supplied at entry.

6.3 The Promoter will make two attempts to contact the winners using the email address provided at entry.

6.4 If a winner does not respond within 3 days of the 1st email, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.5 The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.6 As part of prize confirmation, the winners must provide the Promoter with their full names and shipping address. The shipping address is required to send the match-played dartboard to the winners.

7. Delivery of the Prize

7.1 Match-played dartboards will be sent via courier/postal service to the winners shipping address, provided as per clause 6.6, within 5 working days. Subject to availability and delivery delays outside the Promoter’s control.

7.2 The winners are responsible for ensuring they can receive the delivery and provide any instructions they deem relevant for the delivery to be successfully received.

7.3 The Promoter will not be responsible for any prize that is lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged in transit once it has been handed over to the courier or postal service, except where such loss or damage is caused by the Promoter’s negligence. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to assist the winner in making a claim with the relevant delivery provider where appropriate.

8. Data Protection and Publicity

8.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by the Promoter and its group companies Red Dragon Darts and Winmau for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winners, and for marketing, in accordance with the relevant privacy policies:

8.2 Entrants can withdraw from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

8.3 All entrants may request the names of the winning participants by emailing sales@reddragondarts.com after the winners have been confirmed.

8.4 The winners agree to the Promoter announcing their first name and country of residence only on Red Dragon and/or Winmau channels, including social media, website, or email.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

9.2 Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

10.3 The prize draw and these terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
