In a highly competitive final day at the Winmau Six Nations Championships, Team England claimed both the Men’s and Ladies titles.
England’s Men (including Winmau’s Scott Waites) came up against a highly talented Netherlands team, but emerged 13-8 winners.
The Welsh Ladies provided tough competition for England who had Winmau sponsored 9 times World Champion Trina Gulliver MBE in their team, but it was England who triumphed 5-2.
Our congratulations to Team England, and thanks to all the other nations for making it a thrilling tournament.
Thanks also to Eurosport for the great coverage, and the Scottish Darts Association and British Darts Association for staging the event.
