Connor Hopkins also averaged close to 90 in his superleague return with fellow Welshman Riley Rees-Tucker maintaining steady 75 averages in his local league action.
It was also a strong showing for Fabian Tapner in his ADC Vault return, reaching the semi-finals and eventually losing out to Sean Fisher. Tapner also sealed a 3-0 win for Glamorgan as he represented the under 18 squad, claiming the man of the match award in the process.
A couple of our team were also on county duty this weekend with recent recruit Drake Porter sealing a 3-0 win along with a 160 checkout! There was also a win for young Jack Nankervis and Ryan Branley, who claimed the first Saltburn Classic title.
Elsewhere there was a county success for the aforementioned Rees-Tucker with Jack Peet also securing a 4-2 win at Superleague.
