Winmau, the world’s leading darts brand and its Spanish distributor, Manuel Gil, have announced the renewal of a sponsorship contract with Javier Hibernon.
The Spaniard, who has competed 5 times in the Winmau World Masters and has won the Spanish Open, will continue to represent Winmau at tournaments across Europe for a further two years.
A regular on both the steeltip and softip circuits, Hibernon is the three-time Spanish Pairs and three-time Team Spain winner. He uses Winmau Stratos darts in both codes of the game and is a pioneering user of the company’s class-leading Prism shafts coupled with standard shape flights.
“Being sponsored by Winmau has given my game a real boost,” says the 47-year old. “Their support has been incredible and I am excited at being able to continue my relationship with Winmau for another two years.”
